Welcome to the XA Diversity Project
The Diversity Project was imagined for the sake of expanding the influence of Louisiana’s Chi Alpha movement to reproduce a greater number of quality campus missionaries to be sent around the state, nation and around the world. We are taking the great Internship program at UL, and expanding the experience throughout the state. The diversity of our ministries and missionaries are joined together in this program to give an intern a unique training opportunity. Interns will have even greater educational and mentoring resources available to them than ever before, and they will have the opportunity to do the practical ministry side of the training at any* of our local chapters!
